Sending an E-Mail

One Drive App


Find this app which should be underneath your name in the grid of apps and open it .

 
Server Selection Screen


This will pop up and this information is pointless for you to know as you don't need to change anything so click continue to sign in.

 

Office Menu Screen


You will be shown this screen and you click on the mail option which is first in the list.


 

Email Screen



You will be shown this screen and that’s you now on your e-mails! Its just a long process to get on your emails.

 

New Email


You will see this new which then opens you to send an email.

 

Composing a new email




This is where you create your email. The information you need to send an email is the persons username e.g. JBlogs440 then you have to add the @c2kni.net or if they have a different @ use it instead.  So altogether it could look like, JBlogs440@c2kni.net or JBlogs440@Ulidia.carrickfergus.ni.sch.uk
